MIXTURA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy describes how MIXTURA ("we", "the service") handles information when you use our Bitcoin mixing platform.

Data we collect

MIXTURA does not require user registration. We process only the data necessary to complete a mixing request: forward address, deposit address, and transaction status while an order is active.

We do not collect names, emails, or identity documents as part of the mixing process.

Log retention

We do not store long-term logs. Operational data is deleted after order completion and confirmation, or after the deposit address validity period (7 days) for uncompleted requests.

The only persistent proof of our obligation to you is the letter of guarantee, which you download and store locally.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use local storage for language preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, they collect anonymized page views only.

Letters of guarantee

Users receive a digitally signed letter of guarantee for each deposit address. Users are responsible for storing this document locally. MIXTURA cannot recover lost guarantee letters.

Third-party services

Blockchain confirmation checks may use public block explorers (for example, mempool.space). These services receive only public on-chain data that is already visible on the Bitcoin network.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your forward address, guarantee letter, and any communication channels you use to contact support. Use PGP encryption for sensitive messages.
